These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DrawBridge ("Service"), operated by Planetary Modeling, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
DrawBridge is a web-based GIS digitizing tool that allows users to upload scanned construction documents and PDF plans, manually digitize features, and export the results as Esri-compatible GIS data formats including File Geodatabase (.gdb).
You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
The Service operates on a prepaid credit model. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed at export time based on the number of pages processed.
Important: DrawBridge produces GIS data through manual user digitization of scanned source documents. Output accuracy is directly dependent on the quality of the source material and the care exercised during digitization. All exported data should be reviewed, validated, and quality-checked by a qualified GIS professional before use in any engineering, planning, permitting, legal, or infrastructure decision-making context.
The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any GIS data exported through the Service. DrawBridge outputs are not survey-grade and should not be used as a substitute for licensed survey data, engineering drawings of record, or other authoritative sources.
You retain all ownership rights to the documents you upload and the GIS data you create. By using the Service, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to process your uploaded files solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your data, sell it to third parties, or use it to train AI models. Uploaded files and processing jobs are retained for a reasonable period to support session recovery and are then purged.

The Service, including its software, interface, and branding, is the property of Planetary Modeling, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Company's trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLANETARY MODELING, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR CREDITS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
